We have an opportunity for a one year internship for an undergraduate seeking an industry placement. The Regulatory Support Intern will be responsible for updating and managing raw material MSDSs, PDS and specification collection and storage to bring company in line with current Environmental, Health and Safety legislation. In addition, the Regulatory Support Engineer will provide additional support for Film and Smart Surface Solutions business where required. What will you be doing? The Regulatory Support Intern will undertake the following during their year placement: : Ensure that Company ISO, Health, Safety and Environmental policies are fully implemented during all activities.: Responsible for updating MySDS with most recent raw material MSDSs,: Responsible for updating Lotus Notes Raw Material Database with most recent MSDS, PDS and specifications obtained from raw material suppliers. Following up supplier who have not provided information requested by purchasing team.: Review and support update of internal MSDSs.: Review and update formulations and other internal documents H and S information.: Determine chemical compatibility of raw materials to support HAZID completion and chemical classification of waste categories.: Report project progress, publish technical reports and make presentations as needed.: Provide additional support for Film and Smart Surface Solutions business where required. Who are You? This is a one year fixed term contract commencing summer 2024. Ideally you will be a university undergraduate seeking an industry placement as part of your degree course. We would encourage applications from students who are studying in the fields of science, engineering or regulatory affairs. What competencies will you need?
