The Role: As a Payroll Assistant, you will support payroll processes, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll delivery. Responsibilities: Resolving ad hoc payroll issues for clients. Performing pay calculation checks for audit purposes. Setting up new payrolls and pension schemes. Calculating wage increments, overtime, leave pay, and sick pay. Updating workflow reports. Reviewing and generating reports on payroll data. Requirements: Previously worked as a Payroll Assistant, Payroll Admin or in a similar role. Experience in managing payroll queries and calculations. Background in running the end-to-end payroll. Excellent IT skills, including Excel and other Microsoft applications. Strong attention to detail. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Paycircle would be preferred.
