A Commercial Manager is required in a well established Glazing company based in Staffordshire.Key Responsibilities: Manage commercial aspects of facade subcontract packages on multiple projects valued from £6m to £25m.Collaborate closely with Project Leads to ensure contractual compliance and project delivery.Negotiate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve cost-effective solutions.A Commercial Manager is required in a well established Glazing company based in Staffordshire.Key Responsibilities: Manage commercial aspects of facade subcontract packages on multiple projects valued from £6m to £25m.Collaborate closely with Project Leads to ensure contractual compliance and project delivery.Negotiate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve cost-effective solutions.Monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flow projections to maintain financial control.Provide commercial guidance and support to project teams to optimize performance and profitability. Requirements: 2-4 years of proven experience in commercial management within the construction industry, specifically with facade subcontract packages.Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and contractual requirements.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.Relevant qualifications and certifications preferred.
