Responsibilities: Management of QEHS on designated sitesManagement of Junior Project Managers, Project Engineers, Foremen, Site staffManaging relationships with Contractors, Subcontractors, Consultants, Clients, End CustomersProblem solving and decision making in collaboration with management on site mattersPlanning of resources, labour, materials and subcontractorsManagement of materials and supplies on site in safe and secure mannerDelivering projects on program and within budgetLiaising with design teamMonitoring progress on siteMaintaining site documentation in orderly and accurate mannerApproving all Final Account Claims including all variationsResponsibility for all projects in the areaHolding regular meetings with management team to discuss and monitor progress of projectsBeing available to take calls from clients etc. at all timesReviewing all minutes of project meetings and addressing all issues arisingSubmitting weekly status reports to management team Requirements: 1+ years’ experience in PM roleQualification or Equivalent in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or similar disciplineHVAC or mechanical experience Due to the urgency of this vacancy, it is not possible for our client at this time to consider anyone without the appropriate work permits, visas or sponsorship's already in place. Therefore, we are unable to consider candidates who do not have full authorisation to work in Ireland. Applications submitted without the necessary visa in place will not be considered.
