Due to a continued demand of their services, this employer is actively searching for a number of welder fabricators to join the team on a permanent basis. Easily commutable from the motorway, applicants from Leeds, Wakefield, Oldham, Rochdale and Halifax are encouraged to apply for this Huddersfield based position. Welder Fabricator Benefits: Starting rate up to £18 per hourGuaranteed overtime paid at a premiumCompany Pension SchemePPE Provided As a skilled Welder Fabricator, your role will involve: Applicants must be fully skilled in all aspects of manufacturing Heavy and medium fabrications ranging from 2mm to 30mm wall thickness and demonstrate knowledge and experience in using most types of standard fabrication machinery and tools.Suitable applicants must be accustomed to reading engineering drawing and working with Stainless Steel and Carbon, using MIG or TIG welding experience. Must be confident reading engineering drawingsCoded or previously coded would be an advantage This role is a permanent 4 day working week Monday – Thursday 6.30 am - 4.15 pm Applicants for the welder fabricator role will ideally be apprentice trained with City & Guilds or equivalent in Fabrication/Welding although this is not essential.
