As an Aftersales Retention Advisor, you will have experience working in a fast-paced contact centre or customer service environment. You will have excellent IT skills and be able to accurately process/input information whilst dealing with customers. You will be an excellent communicator with exceptional customer service, organisational skills and interpersonal skills.
