We are recruiting for a temporary Administrator to join our client in Poole for 4 weeks initially, this position can offer an immediate start and...We are recruiting for a temporary Administrator to join our client in Poole for 4 weeks initially, this position can offer an immediate start and is paying £12-12.50ph DOE This role will be working Monday to Friday on a day shift and the main focus will be to organize and re-write work manuals, this position is extremely important as these manuals need to be updated quickly and efficiently, there is potential for it to become long term for the right candidate. Duties for the successful Administrator: - Updating & re-writing PDF files for assembly work manuals - Quality checking and finalizing manuals - Raising issues with senior members of the team - Working with Solid Works and other packages - Any other admin duties as and when required To be considered for this Administrator role: - Excellent attention to detail - Demonstrated administration experience - Previous experience/ knowledge of Solid Works would be advantageous but not essential - Experience writing or rewriting manuals would be advantageous - Ability to work alone using initiative with responsibility This role is temporary for 4 weeks but has potential to become permanent and this company has fantastic benefits for employees If you have a can to attitude and strong administration skills please apply with your CV and Yasmin will call you discuss the role PLUS the benefits
