This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded team that can offer you good quality work and excellent career prospects. As a Catastrophic Injury Senior Associate, you will be responsible for a caseload of high value, defendant EL/PL matters up to the value of £1 million, and there will also be opportunities to assist a partner on more complex, multi-million-pound matters to include claims on behalf of local authorities.The ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing a caseload of catastrophic ELPL matters and whilst defendant experience would be ideal, those with a claimant background will also be considered.
