Jonathan Lee Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated EHS Officer to join our clients inclusive and welcoming team. This full:time EHS Officer role is based in Telford and offers an attractive salary just under A GBP 46,000 per annum (dependant on experience) and benefits package. We are looking for someone that has Environmental, Health and Safety experience, preferably gained from within the Manufacturing industry, and we are looking for someone who is familiar with ISO14001 standards. As an EHS Officer, you will promote an environmental, health and safety awareness and culture to fully achieve compliance with legislation and the strategic direction of the company, demonstrating best practice within business constraints. To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do: * Support the environment, health and safety strategic direction of the company and give support in meeting those related objectives* Ensure that an Environmental Management System is established, implemented, and maintained* Report to top management on the performance of H and S metrics and the environmental management system including recommendations for improvements* Identify and implement energy:saving improvements for the whole facility in line with environmental targets for this EHS Officer role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include: * Previous experience within a similar role* IOSH or NEBOSH qualification* Demonstrated best practice within business constraints* A background in an environment, health and safety awareness/culture* A relevant degree or equivalent experience Youll receive an excellent salary up to A GBP 46,000 per annum (dependant on experience) and benefits package for your knowledge, expertise and flexibility. for this inclusive and collaborative full:time EHS Officer job in Telford, Jonathan Lee Recruitment today.
