About the position * The Head Banqueting Chef will oversee all aspects of the banqueting kitchen operations.* You will lead, train, and mentor a team of chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.* The role involves menu planning, cost control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.* Collaborate closely with the events team to create bespoke menus tailored to client specifications and seasonal availability. The successful candidate * Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high:volume banqueting or events environment.* Strong focus on presentation and attention to detail.* Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
