Consultant Practice Development Facilitator (Health and Wellbeing Manager) Location: Queens Walk, Edinburgh, EH16 4EA Salary: A GBP 45,114 per annum Hours : 39 Per Week Closing Date : Sunday 7th July Interview Date: Monday 22nd July The Role Our client is looking to recruit a senior Allied Health Professional (AHP) to manage their Health and Wellbeing team which supports people with long:term physical and mental health conditions to self:manage and improve their wellbeing. The role requires an experienced practitioner with the proven ability to lead and manage a team of practitioners, design projects and services and build successful relationships with local agencies and organisations within community settings.
