PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY SOLICITOR, NQ:5 YEARS PQE, NEWCASTLE, UP TO C GBP 65,000 DOE : Market leading law firm offering flexible working options and work/life balance policies. JOB REF:6231- Generous annual leave, agile / hybrid working, healthcare and life insurance, travel loan, cycle to work and gym membership.- Handling a caseload of professional indemnity matters you will join a team that defends claims against a wide variety of professionals, insurance policy coverage, insurance disputes and claims relating to construction and property damage.- Specifically, you will focus on claims relating to the construction sector, assisting on complex cases as well as running your own caseload of files.- The successful candidate will have up to 5 years' PQE in insurance litigation, policy coverage and professional risk claims.- Newly qualified Solicitors that have trained within another national law firm and gained experience in the required areas of law are encouraged .- An understanding of commercial insurance policies and the insurance market is essential.- You will be a proactive team player, offering lateral thinking and excellent research skills.- Confident in your ability to provide outstanding client care, you will show evidence of leadership skills and be an effective team player.- contact Melanie Daly at eNL on 320 or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
