Service Care Solutions have a new and exciting opportunity working on behalf of Lincolnshire County CouncilSEND Team ManagerAbout the JobThis company is seeking a highly motivated SEND Team Manager to lead, manage and monitor the delivery of locality Childrens Services in a given geographical area. The successful candidate will be accountable for the direction, delivery and performance of the team, including assessment, provision, management of risk and ensuring the delivery of the services statutory responsibilities in compliance with performance indicators and targets.Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and monitor the delivery of locality Childrens ServicesTake a strategic lead role for Educational Psychology and Sensory Education SupportEnsure the provision of assessment, consultancy and advice services to parents/carers and staff working to enhance outcomes for children and young peopleTake the strategic lead on the commissioning of relevant training and development activities for parents/carers, families, teachers and multi-disciplinary partnersCo-ordinate research and evaluation on behalf of Childrens Services, leading to better outcomes for children and young people Requirements Experience in leading and managing a teamExperience in working with children and young people with special educational needs and disabilitiesExperience in commissioning training and development activitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesKnowledge of relevant legislation and policiesQualified in relevant field Benefits Competitive salaryPension schemeFlexible working hoursOpportunities for career progressionTraining and development opportunities How to ApplyIf you are interested in this position of SEND Team Manager, please submit your CV to XXXX@servicecare.org.uk or you can give me a call on 0177XXXXXX
