Within this role, you will be: Taking ownership of your own residential conveyancing caseload from inception through to completionShared equity/ownership transactionsNew build transactionsRemortgages and equity releaseHelp to Buy transactionsRight to Buy transactionsTransfers of equity/ownership The successful candidate will ideally have extensive previous experience within Residential Conveyancing, is able to work well as part of a team, is organised and has a keen eye for detail and is wanting to establish themselves in a reputable law firm, for the long-term.
