Are you an experienced finance professional looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity This role offers the chance to manage complex budgets and provide specialist accountancy services, particularly for Theatres and Conferencing, within a dynamic and supportive environment. In the Finance Manager role, you will be: Providing financial support and overseeing budget preparation, monitoring, and control for varied services, ensuring compliance with established policiesSupervising and guiding accountancy assistants, ensuring high-quality and timely project delivery. Maintaining and reconciling ticket sales data and revenue recognition, along with financial advice and business reportsEnsuring compliance with financial legislation and minimising financial risks. To be successful in the role, you will need: At least 10 years experience in an accountancy / financial based roleRelevant Professional Accountancy Qualification CCAB, preferably CIPFAExperience managing large, complex budgets and explaining financial issues to non-financial managers Proven ability to manage and motivate staff, and provide training and development Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and IT skills, with experience in using spreadsheets and databases This is a full time Monday to Friday, temporary position for initially 2 months, which is to be reviewed. You'll be working in modern offices in Colwyn Bay and starting on a salary of £18.05 per hour plus benefits including weekly pay, and Corporate Ffit Conwy discounts.
