The Role: As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day property operations, tenant interactions, and lease administration. Responsibilities: Track budgets, expenses, and revenue, generating detailed reports. Liaise with contractors for maintenance and repairs. Perform routine inspections to ensure regulatory compliance. Recognise and address potential risks linked to property operations. Foster positive tenant relationships, addressing inquiries and maintenance promptly. Requirements: Previously worked as a Property Manager or in a similar role. At least 2 years of block management experience. Knowledge of property management operations and financial management. Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Skilled in IT and property management software. Exceptional communication and management skills. Familiarity with commercial leases would be beneficial.
