They are looking for someone to support the HR Manager with duties across the businessWe welcome applications from HR Assistants, HR Coordinator, Personnel Administrator to carry out HR Duties.Duties of the HR Assistant: Be able to liaise with the HR advisors and follow the recommendations given.Recruitment process from advertising, interview administration, taking interviews, induction and exit process.Authorise, record, and provide statistics on holidays, attendance, and payroll.Conduct investigations, meetings, and reviews. Liaising with line managers when reviews are due.Administer clocking system.Note taking at any meetings for HR and the Directors.Dealing with day-to-day HR issues from all areas of the business.Helping to set up and implement training programs.
