Position: Health & Beauty Manager Location: London, UK Salary: Competitive, based on experience We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health & Beauty Manager to join our team in London. As the Health & Beauty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our health and beauty department, including product selection, sales, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability in the health and beauty department - Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement - Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products - Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and events - Train and supervise a team of health and beauty advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service - Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new products and treatments in the market - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and pricing - Prepare and present reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators to senior management Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the health and beauty industry - Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - In-depth knowledge of health and beauty products, treatments, and trends - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions - Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software - Passion for the health and beauty industry and a customer-centric approach If you are a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for health and beauty, we would love to hear from you.
