To understand more including day:to:day life at Clarksons, visit us at clarksons 12:18 month contract Role Summary We are beginning the Windows 11 deployment across the business and require an experienced Desktop Roll Out / EUC Project Manager to join the existing team to lead on the project. The primary focus for this role will be leading and supporting the Windows 11 project team in delivering the OS upgrade our global physical and virtual estate. This comprises of upgrading laptop, desktop and VDI operating systems to Windows 11 and updating the hardware. To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong background in project management, along with a good understanding of desktop upgrade deployments, having proven and demonstrable experience of implementing and rolling out global desktop refresh to circa 2000 users. You will have a experience of delivering global projects efficiently, ensuring planning, management, oversight and communications are in line with the business expectations. What you'll be doing - Responsible for the successful end:to:end management of the Windows 11 upgrade across the global organisation. - Creating a high:quality delivery solution that meets the business requirements and ensures a smooth change management experience for the business and service teams. - Working with key stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, timelines, milestones, deadlines, plans, RAID, resource plans and deliverable schedules. - Working with different teams across the organisation to ensure alignment and on time delivery to objectives. - Escalating issues as appropriate along with assistance in creating proposals for resolution. - Facilitating discussions and decisions among various project stakeholders. - Coordinating work within the team. Showing clear progress updates with transparency - Monitoring and reporting on project status. - Assisting in managing the project budget and expenditures. - Ensuring the project adheres to the business' standards for project methodology, governance, reporting and risk management.- Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
