Who are we looking for ? Join the Technical Support team at the Ashby site as an Intern for a 3:month period. Perfect for someone who has just finished their A levels/college/university term and is searching for the ideal placement with a desire to get some hands:on job experience. The role is varied and you will be working at the centre of our Technical Support team supporting them with their customer support administration, as well as assisting other site departments such asSales, Production, Marketing, Customer Services and Quality, as required. What will you be doing ? In this role, you will: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px:: Carry out a variety of administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner.: Assist with data entry input for key projects, including JDE implementation.: Assist with sending documents from incoming requests directly from customers and from the Sales team; including but not limited to SDS, TDS, CoA, REACH, RoHS, and Conflict Minerals statements.: Support, with guidance, the review of label artwork, for the new Electrolube rebrand project; highlighting any potential changes required to match relevant Safety Data Sheet requirements.: Create and fill out documents related to customer specific requirements and regulatory enquiries, with support from the Technical Support team members.: Proofreading and highlighting potential errors currently on TDS that have been generated during rebranding.: Update manufacturing specifications, with guidance and instruction from the Technical Support team members, if required.: Take telephone messages in the absence of Technical Support Specialists who are supporting other customers. Who are You ? Ideally you will have: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px:: A level or equivalent qualification: IT literate and competent with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook We understand that not all candidates may meet the requirements listed above.
