If so, this role is for you Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service (HIWFRS) Corporate Services Directorate have an exciting opportunity for two individuals to join the Service on a 2:year apprenticeship programme. Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service is a fantastic place to work. The Service provides a friendly and welcoming environment, developing people, and helping them to reach their goals. The Corporate Services Directorate enables the organisation in its public duties by providing the infrastructure, which supports activities and ensures the organisation complies with statutory responsibilities. There are five departments within the Directorate and the successful candidates will get the opportunity to work in all of them. These are: : :Property and Facilities:ICT:Business and Executive Support:Operational Assets:Organisational Performance The post holder will complete a 2:year apprenticeship that aligns closely with the daily duties for each department, whilst providing a recognised certificate of qualification. Our goal is to give the Apprentice a practical understanding of the organisation and supplement with formal training.The successful candidates will complete the apprenticeship via a hybrid model through Exeter College. An Induction will need to be conducted face to face atExeter College along with a once a term visit and twice a month meeting via Teams.
