The role of Support Assistant will include: :Providing a high quality, hands on, personalised care and support service:Supporting customers to build the confidence they need to gain further independence:Encouraging customers to develop their daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning and being an active part of the community :Working with colleagues and partner agencies to achieve the best outcome for our customers:Maintaining a safe environment for customers, providing support in accordance with relevant regulations, procedures and practices Skills and experiences: :You will have previous experience in a similar care and support role, ideally working with vulnerable people :Ability to demonstrate a positive and accepting approach to customers whatever their needs:You will be empathetic and non:judgmental with a positive, 'can:do' attitude:Excellent interpersonal, organisational, listening, communication and time management skills:Ability to prioritise and organise workload:NVQ2 in Health and Social Care is desirable Are you ready to be your best?
