This role is perfect for someone who thrives on staying ahead of the curve with cutting-edge technologies like: Servo drives & frequency inverters Programmable logic controllers (PLCs) & fieldbus communication protocols Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) & Cloud solutions (future Robotics integration) What we are looking for is an automation Control Engineer to provide in-depth technical support for our industry-leading automation products. You'll be responsible for: Developing a comprehensive understanding of our motion control & automation product portfolio, including software platforms. Continuously learning and staying updated on the latest advancements in industrial automation technologies. Providing exceptional technical support to customers across diverse industries like packaging, material handling, and more. Liaising with system integrators to build and strengthen our partner network. Contributing to the development of test rigs, training programs, and product demonstrations. To excel in this role, you'll possess: Strong technical skills with a passion for acquiring product knowledge. Excellent communication to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences (customers, suppliers, colleagues). A customer-centric approach with a positive attitude. The ability to troubleshoot customer challenges efficiently and develop effective solutions. A meticulous and organized work style with a keen eye for detail.
