As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters and ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality service. You will play a key role in driving the success of our company by developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent.Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of recruiters and provide mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure their success- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet hiring goals- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on company and client requirements- Maintain a strong network of candidates and proactively source and engage potential candidates- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure goals are being met- Act as a point of contact for clients and candidates, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other team leads and departments to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process- Participate in team meetings and provide input on ways to improve processes and procedures- Assist with training and onboarding of new team membersQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role- Proven track record of successfully meeting hiring goals and managing a team- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems- Knowledge of employment laws and regulationsIf you are a driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for recruitment and leadership, we want to hear from you!
