Business Change Analyst The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Business Change Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SQL, possess advanced Excel skills, and have experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. The role involves designing and optimising business processes and automation, drawing process maps, and implement the rollout of solutions to enhance our contact centre operations. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis and Reporting Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis. Use advanced Excel skills to create detailed reports, dashboards, and data visualisations to support business decisions. CRM System Management Administer and optimise CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and support business needs. Collaborate with the business teams to align CRM functionalities with business objectives. Process Design and Automation Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation. Design and document end-to-end business processes, including workflow diagrams and process maps. Implement and manage business process automation tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Project Management and Implementation Lead projects related to process improvement and automation from initiation to rollout. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and oversee implementation. Provide training and support to end users on new processes and tools. Support Business Operations Assist the Product Owner to ensure that all systems and processes are efficient and aligned with sales goals. Monitor and analyse telesales performance data to identify trends and areas for enhancement. Who were looking for Continuous Improver. Business Change Analyst Requirements Technical Proficiency: SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualisation tools. CRM Experience: Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) in an administrative or analytical capacity. Process Design and Automation: Experience in designing and documenting business processes using process mapping tools. Knowledge of business process automation technologies and best practices. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly. Interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at various levels of the organisation. Project Management: Experience managing projects related to process improvement or system implementation. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
