Job Title: IT 360 PERMANENT RecruiterLocation: Sandwich, England, United Kingdom - looking for local applicants or in commutable distance Overview:Our client has just opened a new office in Sandwich, Kent. They are a leading recruitment agency backed by PLC status that is seeking an experienced full 360 IT PERM Recruiter to join their team. This is a full-time position with a focus on business development, where you will be responsible for identifying and securing new contract opportunities for their clients. The agency is on the Crown frameworks.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their IT perm recruitment needs- Source and attract top talent for perm positions through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific contract roles- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on the recruitment process- Negotiate contract terms and rates with both clients and candidates- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future contract opportunities- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies- Meet and exceed business development targets and contribute to the growth of the companyQualifications:- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT perm recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment- Proven track record of success in business development and meeting targets- Strong understanding of the IT industry and its various job roles - ideally experience of the Crown frameworks and public sector recruitment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as job boards and CRM- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environmentWhat we can offer:- Dynamic and fast-paced work environment- Opportunity for career growth and development- Competitive salary and benefits of shares in the PLC with the opportunity to increase your holdings via billings and industry leading commission- Collaborative and supportive team culture- Chance to work with top clients and candidates in the IT industryIf you are a motivated and experienced IT PERM Recruiter looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!
