They are a leading recruitment agency backed by PLC status that is seeking an IT Contract Resourcer to join their team. This is a full-time position with a focus on resourcing, where you will be responsible for identifying and securing candidates for their clients. The agency is on the Crown frameworks.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Resourcer to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting permanent candidates for our clients' job openings. You will work closely with our recruiters and account managers to understand our clients' needs and provide them with the best-fit candidates.Key Responsibilities:- Conducting thorough research and market analysis to identify potential candidates for job openings- Utilizing various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings- Collaborating with recruiters and account managers to understand clients' hiring needs and provide them with a shortlist of qualified candidates- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database- Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sourcingQualifications:- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines- Proficient in using various sourcing tools and techniques- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWhat we can offer:- Dynamic and fast-paced work environment- Opportunity for career growth and development- Competitive salary and benefits of shares in the PLC with the opportunity to increase your holdings via billings and industry leading commission- Collaborative and supportive team culture- Chance to work with top clients and candidates in the IT industryThis is a full-time, perm position based in Sandwich, England, United Kingdom.
