Head of Performance Marketing

Head of Performance Marketing - Perm, up to £80k (fully remote) Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing and GTM, this role is responsible for building, delivering and optimising predictable and scalable customer acquisition and upsell strategies. You will be highly data driven and ensure our global lead and demand generation activities are performing at the highest level and that there is effective lead handover to the SDR/sales team for qualification and conversion into sales opportunity. You will be responsible for overseeing the construction, coordination and execution of demand and lead generation programmes, integrating inbound with outbound requirements and maximising prospect and customer engagement within our target segments to ensure we are securing the required number of contacts, leads and MQLs every month. This role will play a key part in campaign build and management, whilst drawing on both internal and external marketing resources to execute them. Key Responsibilities -Lead our multi-channel campaign strategy and budget across multiple channels paid search, social media, SEO, and email to drive customer acquisition and retention. -Advise on digital marketing budgets, track spending, and manage allocations and manage internal deliverables. -Oversee the digital media agency to optimize resources, budget, and ROI. -Create detailed performance reports & forecasts to analyze goals, ROI, trends & potential blockers to support decision making. -Build strong relationships with Marketing, SDR, Sales, and RevOps teams to align on target audiences, attribution, reporting and to improve campaign performance and conversions. -Translate detailed reporting and forecasting into high level dashboards to provide management oversight of performance -Embrace continual improvement by identifying opportunities, overseeing test programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. -Collaborate with Marketing Content and Product Marketing teams to deliver engaging content for all audiences. -Work with RevOps to maintain high-quality databases supporting demand generation across products and services. -In-house expert on MarTech, working with RevOps to manage CRM, automation & email technologies for campaign success. -Evaluate new technologies to enhance marketing team performance. -Development & coaching for stakeholders using marketing tech platforms to support effective lead generation activities. Required Skills and Experience A strong demand generation expert within the B2B Tech space (SaaS), you will also have experience of CRM, automation and other MarTech platforms, be confident with data, able to communicate effectively and bring numbers to life. Youll probably have a love for tech, be commercially driven and have a strong understanding of demand generation campaign management. Alongside this is a thorough understanding of using CRM principles to drive multi-channel marketing communication across a variety of target audiences. -Ability to analyse complex data sets and generate insights that inform strategies and solutions for program and campaign optimisation-Highly customer-centric with a passion to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.-High levels of personal and professional integrity.-An entrepreneurial approach with an ability to operate both at a strategic level and to be hands on.-A positive, self-sufficient leader with excellent communication skills, intellect and energy.-Very sound judgment and business instinct with a desire to challenge traditional thinking.-Ability to encourage followership, motivate and develop a diverse group of people towards a challenging goal.-Determined to succeed, high energy with humility and a strong personal drive.-A collaborative working style.-A very strong work ethic and a focus on customer delivery.
