Job Description: Build relationships with patients, listen and reassure them Give advice and arrange support for patients and relatives Give the prescribed medication Maintain patients records Encourage patients to engage in therapeutic activities Share their patients insight with other healthcare professionals Managing a patients healthcare plan according to the Physicians instructions Checking temperature, blood pressure, pulse and other vital signs Administering and maintaining a record of all prescribed medication Checking for infection, bedsores and wounds in the patient Educating and advising Caregivers in the household Dressing or redressing wounds and assessing the progress of healing Developing and improving the healthcare plan in collaboration with other healthcare personnel in the household
