Regional Housekeeping Manager Salary: €4000-€4200 per month Location: SchipholAbout the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Housekeeping Manager to join our team. This role involves working 2-3 days a week at our airport hotel and 2-3 days in a regional capacity, possibly based in an office nearby. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, either from an agency or hotel setting, and be accustomed to handling high volumes.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee housekeeping operations at the airport hotel for 2-3 days a week.Handle all contract management and ensure invoices are accurate.Oversee external housekeeping companies to ensure standards are met.Maintain a focus on contract and vendor management rather than operational duties.Ensure compliance with all housekeeping standards and procedures.Work closely with external housekeeping providers to ensure seamless service delivery.Step up to a regional role, overseeing multiple properties and ensuring consistency in housekeeping standards.Qualifications:3-4 years of experience in housekeeping management within an agency or hotel.Experience with high-volume environments and managing external vendors.Strong organizational and contract management skills.Dutch language skills are preferred but not mandatory.Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.Benefits:Competitive salary of €4000-€4200 per month.Opportunity to work in a prestigious hotel with regional responsibilities.Career growth and development opportunities within our hotel group.Engaging and dynamic work environment.How to Apply:further details, apply today or send your CV to XXXX@corecruitment.com.Due to the volume of applications, we may not be able to provide feedback to all applicants.
