Due to a significant increase in workload our client requires an Estimating Manager to join their expanding commercial team.Whats in it for you as an Estimating Manager A salary of upto £70,000 Training and Development opportunities Car AllowancePosition - North West based WFH avalibleAnnual bonus of upto 15 Competitive Pension Genuine career development Main Responsibilities & Duties of the Estimating Manager: Providing sales and technical knowledge as and when requiredUpdating the company’s in-house CRM system and collating relevant dataReviewing requirements for labour, materials and plant required on live sitesAs the Estimator you will be required to take responsibility of incoming enquiries to generate estimates for Facades Background in pricing projects to 10m in value Requirements to be successful as an Estimating Manager: A relevant qualification within construction or the building industryExperience of working as either and Estimator or a similar commercial roleStrong technical/mathematical backgroundIdeally experience of working in the Facades sector however not essential The ability to work to strict deadlines This position would suit an Estimator, Estimating Manager, Facades, Quantity Surveyor Facades
