Family Time Worker - StaffordshireAre you a passionate, dedicated Family Time Worker looking for your next role 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Family Time Worker to join a Family Time Team based in Staffordshire.Pay rate is £15.41 per hour.3 months initially.Hours are 8.30am – 5pm.The role:Organize family time between children and their parents or other relatives as instructed by the court.When necessary, arrange transportation for children and young people to attend family time.Support and facilitate therapeutic family time between children and their families.Offer parenting support and guidance to parents during family time.Assist in the completion of accurate documentation, reports, and records related to children, young people, and families.Be available outside traditional working hours, including evenings and weekends, to provide support to children, families, and carers when needed.Develop relationships and provide interventions to children, families, and carers.RequirementsA minimum qualification of NVQ3 or equivalent in working with children and their families.Experience in direct work with children, their families, and carers in a statutory or voluntary agency that provides services to vulnerable children and their families.Familiarity with child development and the influence of stress and trauma on children's growth and development.Capability to effectively navigate and work in situations involving conflict.Capable of using a car without restrictions - designated as an essential car user.Enhanced DBS registered to the update service.Recruitment is done in line with safe recruitment practices. 4Recruitment Services is an equal opportunities employer.If you are a Family Time Worker and would like to express your interest, please contact us for this great opportunity by calling on 0808 178 4445 option1 and speak to the Care Team or email on, XXXX@4recruitmentservices.com
