We're proud of the difference we make in people's lives daily.Responsibilities: Carry out maintenance and responsive repairs with quality workmanship.Inspect the quality of work and ensure customer satisfaction.Operate within the company's vehicle policy.Attend occupied and void properties to carry out maintenance and repairs. What You'll Need: A Multi Trade skillset is essential.Carpentry / Joinery skills and experience.Ideally Plumbing and Plastering skills.A full clean driving license.Experience in residential properties or social housing.Minimum Level 2 NVQ City and Guilds in either Carpentry, Plumbing, or Plastering OR the candidate must be qualified to complete all repairs and maintenance tasks related to the trades listed above.
