They are making impressive growth in the market having continued to recruit during the downturn of 2023, with further expansion planned for 2024 and beyond. You can be based anywhere in the UK and they can offer full and part-time opportunities. Key responsibilities: - Checking and managing complex title checking matters - Managing company purchase matters from start to finish - Liaising with other conveyancers in the team Experience & skills required: - Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer qualifications not essential, but with the ability to title check and raise enquiries - Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines - Exceptional organisational abilities to handle multiple cases efficiently - Proficient in relevant IT tools for document management and research - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders This firm is offering either complete home working or hybrid working model dependent on location with salary ranging from £30k-£50k DOE + bonus, 25 days holiday that can increase with service as well as a host of other benefits such as BUPA private medical and paid sick leave. This firm pride themselves on quality of work and are looking for Conveyancers who share their vison of providing quality conveyancing of work for customers and clients, rather than volume of work. Due to remote working availability, they are happy to consider candidates across all locations and will provide access to the latest technology available to ensure the role is a success.
