Position: Contracts Manager Location: Dublin 11 Salary: Neg DOE Description An Excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a leading Irish Mechanical Engineering Company in North DublinPosition: Contracts ManagerLocation: Dublin 11Salary: Neg DOEDescriptionAn Excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a leading Irish Mechanical Engineering Company in North DublinResponsibilities Full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects from handover from the Estimating Team to Project CompletionEnsure structures are put in place to monitor, review and control project budgetsA member of the Senior Management Team supporting and recommending strategies, identifying potential risks or issues to find appropriate resolutions.Develop and agree submission and approvals process with client / design consultants.Develop and monitor material procurement schedules in accordance with schedule requirements.Chair regular internal team, supplier and sub-contractor meetings to co-ordinate and deliver project performance success.An excellent understanding of Health & Safety Requirements Third level qualification in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.• Minimum 5+ years experience within M + E services and HVAC.• Have worked as a Mechanical Contracts Manager in Ireland or UK previously• Proven track record of managing M&E projects• Ability to prioritise workload according to deadlines.• Strong IT Skills•Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team• Applicants must have fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland Due to the urgency of this vacancy, it is not possible for our client at this time to consider anyone without the appropriate work permits, visas or sponsorship's already in place.
