An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a motivated RMN or RNLD Nurse to work in an exceptional mental health hospital based in the Gwent, Wales area.An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a motivated RMN or RNLD Nurse to work in an exceptional mental health hospital based in the Gwent, Wales area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers This is a mental health hospital which offers CAMHS Tier 4 low secure services for young women aged 13 up to 18 with a wide range of disorders and complex needs To be considered for this position you must be qualified as an RMN or RNLD Nurse with a valid NMC Pin As a Nurse your key duties include: Providing a high standard of care to people with mental illness and personality disorderDeveloping therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagementFollowing all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practiceContributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progressAt a more senior level, you’ll also need to lead shifts as well as mentoring and supporting student nurses and other members of the team The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Strong team-working skillsA high level of self-motivation and a flexible approachA positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionateA commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £34,000 - £40,125 per annum DOE. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available.
