You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers This special residential care home provides high quality residential care, dementia care and respite care To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care As the Deputy Manager your key duties include: Support the Home Manager and deal with the day to day running of the home in the absence of the Home ManagerAlongside the Home Manager, you will manage and have responsibility for all aspects of the service in line with CQC requirementsYou will ensure the service users are receiving the highest standards of professional support experiencing life opportunities helping to promote growth and independencePromote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing/ agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide excellent services of careGood working knowledge of CQC standardsThe ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals/ families/ visitors and staffing teams The successful Deputy Care Home Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £30,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 40 hours a week working through Day Shifts. This role involves both working on the floor and office.
