You will work closely with the team which includes 3 chefs (you would be the 4th), a kitchen porter and 3 front of house staff.Key Responsibilities:: Prepare and cook a variety of meals, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.: Collaborate with the team to develop and update menu offerings.: Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment.: Order and manage inventory to minimise waste and control costs.About You:: Previous experience as a chef in a cafà or similar setting.: Passionate about food: Strong communication and teamwork skills.: Ability to manage time effectivelyQualifications and Skills:: Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene: Experience of working as a Chef in a cafà or similar environment: Happy to work every other weekend (no evenings) Westin Par values diversity and promotes equality.
