Engineering Geologist Reference: BY1376 Location: Northampton Salary: GBP26,000 : GBP35,000 Are you a geotechnical engineer or engineering geologist seeking your next position in a well established geotechnical and environmental consultancy? Do you live in the Northampton area? This consultancy are seeking an experienced and ambitious candidate to join their team on a variety of exiting geo:environmental and/or ground investigation projects. The opportunity provides excellent career progression opportunities, allowing you to take a new step in your career. Youll be working with a team of ground investigation specialists as an Engineering Geologist, contributing to geotechnical and geo:environmental projects. Main responsibilities will include: Phase 1 desktop studies, soil and rock logging, groundwater and gas monitoring, factual and interpretive report writing, training of junior team members and some project management. To be considered for the Engineering Geologist position you should have geotechnical engineering or geo:environmental experience, with a good understanding of ground investigation principles. You must live commutable to Northampton, have a full right to work in the UK and hold a full UK Driving Licence.
