Key Responsibilities: * Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum. * Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils. * Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages pupil participation and engagement. * Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to the diverse learning needs of pupils. * Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices. * Communicate effectively with parents and carers to provide updates on pupil progress and address any concerns. * Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development. Preferred Skills: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to inspire and motivate young learners. * Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. * Strong organisational and time:management skills. Requirements: * An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this) * Good knowledge of the UK national curriculum. * Excellent planning and organisation skills.
