ASAP start Fabric Engineer needed I am currently looking for a Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join a dynamic team of 5 Location: East London Salary: GBP36,000 Shift: Mon:Fri, 8:4:30 (40 hours per week) 1 in 4 on call GBP150 retention payment Looking for a plumbing or carpentry qualification, or alternatively lots of FM experience in a similar role. Carrying out routine fabric PPMs and reactive tasks. Looking for someone with a good attitude, willing to learn and potential for upskilling. Duties: * Painting * Decorating * Tiling : walls and ceilings * Basic carpentry * Drainage and flushing * Door repairs * Handle replacement * Changing locks * Fire alarm testing * Changing lights Requirements: * Qualification in Carpentry or Plumbing * L8 awareness training * Experience as a multi:trader/fabric engineer in commercial environments * Happy to work independently for long periods of time * 17th/18th Edition (not essential, but desirable) Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
