Are you looking for fantastic oppportunity to work for and progress in a leading FM comapny? I am currently assisting a leading FM service provider with their ongoing search for an Electrical bias : multi skilled maintenance engineer to work on a high end site in the City. My client are looking to take on experienced maintenance electrician. * Salary GBP42,000 : GBP45,000 * High end site in Central London * Monday : Friday + call out * Opportunity to progress * Further training Responsibilities: * Perform routine maintenance and inspections of all electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems * UPS * FCUS * Generators * Air Conditioning Units * BMS * Ahus * Chilled Beams * Passive and active chilled water circuits * Reactive maintenance * PPMS Requirements: * NVQ / C and G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship * 18th edition * Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable) * Very client facing so great communication and very presentable Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
