Finance Manager Salary: A GBP 25,600 : A GBP 28,800 actual (Subject to experience) for 24 hours/week (FTE A GBP 40,000:A GBP 45,000) Hybrid flexible working option (mandatory Wednesday office:based) : Bradford City AFC, Bradford Part time : 24 hours per week : Flexible days Closing Date: Thursday 4 th July (midday) About Us: One In A Million Charity are a values:led charity with a mission to make a positive difference in the lives of disadvantaged young people. Role Summary: The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations, ensuring effective governance, and providing professional insights to the CEO, SLT, and Board of Trustees. The role also includes shared oversight of Health and Safety, Insurance, and GDPR functions. Key Responsibilities: * Strategic financial planning and monitoring* Overseeing day:to:day financial operations and policies* Managing relations with auditors, bankers, and payroll services* Preparing monthly management accounts and statutory reports* Leading the annual budgeting process* Supporting funding bid strategies and financial data management* Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and SORPs Requirements: * 3:5 years of financial management experience* Part qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or AAT qualified* Strong knowledge of financial and accounting procedures* Experience with management accounts, statutory accounts, and payroll* Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills* Knowledge of the third sector desirable Personal Attributes: * Commitment to the values and mission of One In A Million* High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality* Proactive and collaborative mindset Application Process Please submit your CV in the first instance.
