We are currently looking for a skilled and versatile Handyperson to join our dedicated team. Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Handyperson to handle a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across different properties. The successful candidate will be required to have a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check due to the nature of the work involving access to various premises. Key Responsibilities: * Performing general maintenance and repair tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. * Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment. * Identifying and reporting the need for major repairs. * Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. * Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations. * Maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used. * Collaborating with other team members and contractors as needed. * Providing excellent customer service to clients. Requirements: * Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check. * Proven experience as a Handyperson or in a similar maintenance role. * Proficiency in various maintenance and repair skills (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry). * Strong problem:solving abilities and attention to detail. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
