Credit Controller/Sales Admin: High Wycombe This role will be a dual role working in Credit Control and supporting the Sales team with administration. Hours: 8am:5pm Salary: GBP 30,000 : GBP 37,000 Duties: Credit Controller: : To effectively maintain a section of the sales ledger as designated by the Branch Manager : Setting new cash customer accounts : Daily posting of receipts that are received in bank account : Daily debtors list : chase monies that are due or overdue, send out copy invoices, review stop lists : Statement query management : Regularly review accounts trading over the agreed credit limit and review processes to reduce order release volumes wherever possible to maximise efficiencies. : Reviewing customer credit limits with credit agencies : Ensure branches are aware of accounts trading over the credit limit and any such accounts are actioned accordingly : Petty Cash management : Prepare banking cash and cheques : End:of:day banking for both depots, reconciliation Sales Administration: : Order processing : Answering customer queries Requirements: : CICM qualified ideal but not essential : GCSE Grade 6 Maths and English or equivalent or Level 3 Admin/business or finance qualification : Microsoft Office packages experience essential : 5 years experience needed in a similar role or industry, experience with products : Organisational knowledge and great attention to detail : Excellent communication skills : Excellent customer service skills : Sales Ledger experience If you would be interested in this role, then please apply, or call Corinne at Pertemps Aylesbury.
