Reception Teacher Location: White City Start Date: September 2024 Reeson Education are working closely with a client school based in White City, West London, looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator or a passionate newcomer to contribute to the early education of our young learners. Key Factors: * Two form entry * Community based primary school * Parking onsite available * OFSTED rated Good school * White City, West London location * Inner London main pay scale (GBP36,745 : GBP52,526 per annum) * CPD and TLR opportunities Key Teacher Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the Reception curriculum. * Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where all children feel supported and valued. * Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to both students and parents as necessary. * Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and share best practices. * Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community. Requirements of the Teacher: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. * Experience Teaching with early years or Reception:aged children is desirable but not essential. * Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Dedication to continuous professional development and a commitment to enhancing your teaching practice.
