Nursery Room Leader Location: Slough Salary: Competitive Our client is a trusted childcare facility located in Farnham Common. With over 30 years of experience, they provide a welcoming home:from:home environment for children aged birth to 5 years. The Role This is a full:time on:site role for a Room Leader, the Room Leader will be responsible for overseeing the day:to:day operations of a specific room, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for the children. This includes: * Planning and implementing age:appropriate activities* Observing and assessing each childs development* Maintaining effective communication with parents and other staff members* Providing guidance and support to the nursery practitioners in their room Skills and Qualifications * Experience within a childcare setting* Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum (EYFS)* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to lead and motivate a team* Excellent organizational and time management skills* Ability to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment* Knowledge of health and safety regulations* Level 3 childcare qualification or higher* First Aid certification (Desirable) If you feel you are a suitable candidate and would like to work for this reputable company, please do not hesitate .
