Acoustic Consultant My client provides acoustic consultancy services for all phases of a construction project in line with RIBA guidelines. Their offerings encompass strategy reviews, assessments of architectural drawings, design advice, noise evaluations for planning, and UKAS:accredited sound insulation testing. They offer solutions for various infrastructure projects like rail and highway networks, as well as tall structures such as buildings, masts, and towers. Requirements: * A Bachelor of Science degree in Acoustics or a related field, along with the IOA Diploma * Accreditation in AMIOA/MIOA status * Capability to address any technical issues that may arise during assessments * Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects while closely collaborating with key stakeholders throughout the development life cycle * Prior experience in project planning and report preparation for project applications Responsibilities: * Adjust project plans and designs to ensure compliance with client specifications and statutory guidance * Conduct regular noise and vibration inspections to ensure adherence to British standards and building regulations at all project stages * Provide clients with expert guidance and remedial advice to prevent technical issues that could impact project completion and timelines Benefits: * 25 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays), with increases based on length of service * Company pension plan * Excellent career development prospects * Flexible working schedules * Healthcare cashback * Holiday purchase scheme * Life assurance * Performance:related bonus scheme Interested?
