The Role They have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic recent graduate to start their career in Digital Marketing. If you are a quick learner, with meticulous attention to detail, a head for maths and a solid understanding of Excel this role could be perfect for you Main Duties: * Liaising with Internal teams to ensure their contract delivery services* Fulfilment of daily and monthly reporting requirements across the whole group* Working closely with senior management to ensure monthly KPI reports are delivered* Building of purchase orders* Ensuring they adhere to their compliance requirements* Accurate tracking of individuals sales performance* Lead recording and attribution* Supporting Sales with ad:hoc administrative tasks* Analyse and create bespoke digital proposals* Assist colleagues, clients and partners with general and project specific requirements* Supporting the legal team to continue improving and expanding the compliance process* Dealing with any inbound enquiries* Keep up to date with new and existing technologies* Contribute to the continued growth of the business* Effectively communicate with staff located in all offices to help resolve any issues that arise* Creating eye catching and creative monthly / yearly sales presentations Skills and Qualifications * Exceptional attention to detail is an essential skill* Demonstrate strong Excel and PowerPoint skills* Extremely organised and analytical* Confident communicator* Team player* Quick learner and adaptability : able to pick up new technologies and systems* Thirst for knowledge and self:development* Ability to deliver high standards of work* Good problem solver with a can:do attitude* Strong mathematical capabilities* Interest in Digital Marketing* Creative attitude : able to bring new ideas to the team and processes* Good initiative Benefits Employee well:being is high on the agenda.
