Are you an experienced site manager or are you a caretaker seeking extra responsibilities? Working hours: * Monday to Friday: 7:30am : 12:00pm * Tuesday evening: 9pm (lock up site) Responsibilities: * Be responsible for managing the site on a daily basis * Complete any minor repairs * Take part in groundworks maintenance * Complete reports through a computer * Take part in any manual handling duties required * Complete all training necessary for the role Requirements: * Punctual and self motivated individual * Previous caretaker or handyman experience is desirable Please apply with an up to date CV and I will be in touch Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
